As the Director of Government Services, I am continually inspired by people and their vision for the built environment. In fact, I am that person who is always collaborating with clients to think differently to develop innovative solutions. To support this collaborative environment, I have utilized 17 years experience in the end-to-end (direct) delivery of institutional, commercial and industrial infrastructure. My expertise has been refined utilizing consistent methodology and standardized project management processes, while coupled with a client centric approach focused on understanding the client's requirements. The cornerstone of my success is the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and externally creating an environment for collaboration and inclusiveness. This approach extends to leadership and the development of a team. A team that views its leadership as supportive, empathetic, and collaborative, creates an environment of trust, enabling a cohesive, high-performing team to be successful and pushing boundaries of "the possible" together. Key accomplishments: • Delivery of over $350M in ICI infrastructure projects across the province of Ontario, via stipulated sum and construction management. • Redeveloped and standardized delivery process for the end-to-end project execution. • Redevelopment and standardization of design, construction, procurement and legal documentation (i.e. integration of the provisions of the Construction Act) • Developed and integrated project analytics to analyze and forecast future treads in scope schedule and budget for infrastructure projects.
