I enjoy serving my team by mentoring them and providing them the resources, so they are free to use their strengths to achieve our goals. I am dedicated to others, I prefer working with teammates who are ethical, want to do things right, and are true to their core values. I do much more than just try to live up to my commitments…I persist until I deliver on the promises I’ve made to others. I am very focused, prefer to think things through before speaking or taking action. I’m determined and don’t act impulsively…I remain calm and composed and quietly way the pros and cons before making a decision. I want the hard problems, I have a knack for identifying problems and generating alternatives for solving them. And although I’m willing to take charge, I also appreciate the willingness of people to openly exchange ideas as I know everyone has a unique perspective and an idea can come from anywhere. I’m innovative, inventive and resourceful…allowing me to think beyond the commonplace, the familiar, or the obvious to solve problems. I’m persistent, unyielding, and energetic, always pushing myself to be the best and exceed our goals.
