Over a decade within the Australian Creative Industry working as a Graphic Designer, Art Director and Creative Director in Design, Advertising and Marketing. Creative yet logical, keen to push creative boundaries with a meticulous eye for great design and comfortable with just about anything creative related, from brand identities, integrated campaigns, retail activations, conceptual ideation, art direction, storyboards, posters and documents to screen content, social and more. Enthusiastic, curious, and innovative creative with a solid background in leading creative strategy for brand and marketing purposes across many industry sectors with a primary focus on working with clients to define and solve communication problems and formulating a clear and effective creative solution. Confident with the ability to work autonomously and considerate of time management while handling multiple projects. At ease presenting ideas, translating them across different mediums, crafting them with meticulous attention to detail, and overseeing the delivery by the wider team throughout the rollout process. Ability to write a rationale for my work that articulates reasonings without labouring the point. I have had the privilege of leading teams and mentoring many junior designers and have been wonderfully rewarded in seeing them blossom over the years. As a team player, I am always on hand to help by rolling up my sleeves and getting the job done. Simply put, I am good at coming up with creative concepts that deliver creative solutions, that are thoughtful and much more than expected and I relish the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that allows me to showcase my ability to think, create and craft.
