This experience spans housing operations, shared ownership, mixed tenure rental managements, marketing and communications and leading numerous joint venture and business development projects to deliver and manage new forms of affordable housing. My UK experience included the development and implementation of award winning, innovative housing models including a home ownership subsidiary and a private rental company to lease homes within mixed tenure projects.
