With over a decade of experience in the financial securities industry, I’ve built a career around reimagining how clients connect with financial services in the digital age. Since 2011, I’ve been passionate about enhancing customer care through innovative communication channels—including chat, email, and social media.At Fidelity, I’ve played a key role in expanding and shaping our social media presence across platforms such as Reddit, Discord, and beyond. My work focuses on creating and implementing processes that streamline digital interactions, ensuring that every client receives the exceptional service Fidelity is known for—no matter the channel.I collaborate across business groups to resolve client concerns, mitigate risk, and navigate complex or emerging topics in the fast-moving digital landscape. In addition, I helped establish and continue to support the Fidelity Social Care team, making sure they have the resources and strategies to deliver outstanding client experiences.What drives me is the opportunity to merge innovation with client service—helping people feel supported, informed, and empowered in their financial journey.
