I am a passionate and driven engineering professional with over 3 years’ experience across the pharmaceutical and retail industry. I specialize in Labour Management, Process Optimization and Change Management and currently work on the largest labour program in Canada. I am a critical thinker who is passionate about problem solving and continuous improvement. I bring a solution-focused mindset to any initiative I am a part of, and I thrive on learning and expanding my knowledge base. I pride myself on being reliable and committed to delivering quality work. I embrace challenging tasks and projects and I am constantly looking for opportunities to learn and grow. I am dedicated to using my strengths to make a positive impact in my work and the lives of those around me. I am passionate about team building, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Woman Empowerment. I enjoy everything outdoors and regularly engage in environmental and sustainability initiatives. I have been a mentor and coach to young adults and continue to be an educator in the field of STEM in numerous volunteer and professional capacities.
