I specialize in building bridges — between companies and communities, between leadership vision and frontline execution, and between what's promised and what's delivered. With over 15 years of experience in telecom and client engagement, I lead large-scale residential launches with a focus on adoption, trust, and long-term satisfaction. At Hotwire Communications, I serve as the strategic launch lead for entire communities, acting as the primary point of contact for boards, HOAs, and property managers. From kickoff to go-live, I coordinate with internal technical teams, resolve escalations, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for residents. What defines my leadership style is what I call the “Triple A Mindset” — Approachable, Accountable, Adaptable. These three qualities have guided my journey from frontline rep to onboarding supervisor to launch strategist. In my role at Comcast’s Central Division, I partnered closely with trainers to support new hires, coaching them on soft skills, communication, and applied learning after their classroom instruction. I helped bridge the space between knowledge and confident execution. I’m also the founder of Knowledge 1st University, a personal growth and financial literacy platform (in development), and lead the EEW Investment Club, focused on community wealth-building.
