Overseeing the entirety of HPCL_Land operations with respect to manpower. Developed improved methods for generating Production/Time related data for reporting. Auditing and taking corrective actions where variances to production levels occur. Work with the production engineers to identify workovers, Ensure facility operating parameters and production plans are implemented in a safe, accurate, and precise manner. Well site and Tank Battery inspection. To coordinate with other departments like electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, project, and with sub-contractors for achieving the targets within time frame. Ensuring that the Permit to Work system functions efficiently. Developing and implementing operational and maintenance plans and schedules. Conducting root cause analyses and implementing recommendations. Preparation of risk assessment, work permits, work orders, preventative maintenance orders, purchase orders, service entries, and well referrals using the S.A.P. software package. Ensuring compliance with the Company’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) requirements/policies as well as complies with all regulatory and legislative requirements related to Health, Safety and the Environment. Functions as a QHSSE champion in the field to promote safe work habits. Hosts, attends and participates in Safety Meetings and Risk Analysis initiatives. Liaise with external inspection agencies / inspectors. To develop future departmental leadership by identifying potential leaders through regular interaction and coaching.
