About Keshara Bjorkman

I enjoy a good challenge. I love to build and create, whether it’s with clay or with a camera and a vague idea. I think outside the box, and learn and do differently. I have done freelance photography and video; worked on productions for reality and sports TV, commercials, and short films in various roles; I have 4+ years of unique experience in education (higher and secondary, private and public), working with historically underrepresented students in educational and within therapeutic/residential systems. My experience in education ranges from advisor to teaching, to developing department curriculum within a larger organization. I have a deep understanding of internet culture, with 8+ years experience in social media management and digital content creation. I've worked on highly motivated teams for branding events, university social media, and I have a start-up attitude that keeps me excited about future prospects and progressive change. My leadership training and experience is from both military and civilian backgrounds. I enlisted in the Army National Guard and served from 2013-17.
