About Keshav Bhatia

As a Manager in the Revenue Management team at OYO UK, I am responsible for the pricing, marketing and growth strategy for my portfolio properties. I have been working in this role since Dec’22 and I have gained immense knowledge on how to enhance the revenue of a business. Previously, I worked as the Head of Finance for OYO Indonesia where I managed the overall P&L of the business and drove the Contribution Margin (CM). I also worked as a Project Manager in the Business Finance team of the South East Asia region where I drove the AOP exercise for 2022, reduced fixed costs and increased the CM. I have a strong background in Strategy and Finance, having graduated from the Indian School of Business (ISB) with a PGP degree in 2021. I also completed the CFA Program and have four years of pre-MBA work experience in Consulting and Finance, working for Fortune 500 clients and collaborating with Senior Traders and Marketers. I am passionate about learning new skills and taking on new challenges. I participated in several stand up comedy gigs during my time at ISB, which helped me overcome my fear of public speaking and sharpen my communication skills. I also enjoy working with diverse and cross-functional teams, as I believe that diversity fosters innovation and creativity.
