Hello, I'm Keshava Kumar Sinha, currently serving as the Head of Finance and Accounts at L&T, overseeing the financial landscape of L&T CMB & IMB, akin to the role of CFO for the business unit and CFO of LTCEL, 100% subsidiary. Previously, I honed my expertise in a various role in Finance at Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery Co. Ltd, Jamshedpur / Kharagpur / Bengaluru journey from Sr Finance Officer to Head Business Assurance. With over two decade of experience spanning Finance & Accounts, Taxation, Corporate Finance, and Team Management across Manufacturing, Steel, and Engineering sectors, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Holding qualifications in PGDM from XLRI, Jamshedpur (2015) and Chartered Accountancy from ICAI, Kolkata (2001), I've consistently navigated complex financial environments. Throughout my career, I've spearheaded initiatives in Product Costing, Inventory Management, Payroll, Trust Management, Receivable Management, and other critical finance operations. Notable achievements include implementing cost reduction strategies during global recessions, leading finance in Due-Diligence processes for acquisitions, and overseeing financial operations for green field projects like the Kharagpur Plant. My technical acumen includes proficiency in ERP SAP ECC 6.0 (FI-CO, MM, AA, SD modules), along with expertise in Accounting software such as Tally, Fact & Ace. I pride myself on possessing strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills, which have been instrumental in my career growth. I firmly believe in continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends, viewing adaptability as crucial to success.
