Having more than 30 Yrs experience in the field of Human Resources/Admin. including at Leadership level in NTPC Ltd. India's largest, leading and most successful Power sector company. Headed NTPC HR - Centre of Excellence and responsible for core activities like Manpower Planning, Organizational structuring, Formulation & Implementation of Unified Shared Services, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement & Benefits and Contract Labour Management. Throughout the career, have enjoyed role of HR generalist which is a mix of strategic and operational HR, including area like Employee Relations, Recruitment, Performance & Rewards, Employee Engagement, Industrial Engineering. As GM (HR), Centre of Excellence, overall responsible for the activities relating to Relationship Management, Contract Labour Management Information System (CLIMS), Communication Matrix, Grievance Handling, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Bipartite/Tripartite settlement, Industrial Engg- Manpower Planning, Budgeting & deployment, Succession Planning, Job Rotation, New Initiatives and formulation/implementation of Unified Shared Services. Have demonstrated more than 11 yrs. working as Head of HR at various Sites, including challenging task of Green Field Projects, Brown Field Projects, and besides HR activities, have proven track record of accomplishment of Land Acquisition-Infrastructure Development- Habitable Township - Contract Workers Management- Rehabilitation & Resettlement- Liaison with various stakeholders. Joined NTPC Limited in 1988 at Vindhyachal Super Thermal Power Project (MP) which is the largest Power Plant/Project of NTPC/ worked there for 16 Years and gained vast experience in HR/ Admin. functions.
