Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by one central mission: to improve patient care by enhancing operational efficiency and supporting healthcare teams. With a foundation in physical therapy and over six years of clinical experience, I’ve had the privilege of leading diverse teams and implementing process improvements that directly impact patient outcomes.My journey began as a Physical Therapist, where I collaborated closely with patients and medical professionals to provide personalized care and rehabilitation. As I transitioned into management, I discovered a passion for optimizing workflows, improving clinical documentation, and fostering team collaboration. In my role as a Clinical Manager, I oversaw direct care services, mentored licensed clinical staff, and ensured compliance with regulatory guidelines—all while spearheading initiatives that enhanced patient care.In addition, I’ve had the unique opportunity to manage and train sales teams, cultivate relationships with stakeholders, and develop marketing strategies to improve client engagement. This combination of clinical and operational expertise has equipped me to approach challenges holistically, blending technical knowledge with strategic leadership.I’m now eager to apply these skills in a broader capacity, tackling new challenges in project management.
