Monitoring, measurement, & action initiation for achieving the quality objective. Good knowledge & usage experience of tool, Gauge, fixture, instrument & support providing of Tooling, jig & fixture to IE & production team. Good hand practice inspection of bending child part, Laser & machining part, final assembly as per drawing & knowledge of occur abnormality during process, aware its actions. Responsible for functional testing of assembly units & Re-validation of test benches. Field complaints analysis, handling & improvement in process to stop recurrence of complaints. Addressing line issue as soon as they occur, escalate to process robustness team on daily basis & get actions to implement wherever needed. Responsible to reduce rejection PPM & Product FTF Engineering Change Notices on parts or components and update the changes in the SAP system to ensure accurate documentation and closure of ECNs. Conduct manufacturing process audits as per the audit plan, identify open points or non conformances, and work towards closing these points to ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements. Conduct the (FAI FIRST ARTICLE INSPECTION) for door systems assemblies process to verify that manufacturing processes meet design and quality requirements before full production. Prepare quality check sheets tailored to the requirements of new products, ensuring that they cover all necessary quality parameters and specifications. Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints, and other quality issues by conducting root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address the root causes and prevent recurrence of issues. Analyze rejection or defect data from the assembly line, hold meetings with relevant stakeholders, make decisions in collaboration with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT), generate Quality Notifications (Q-Notifications), and ensure timely disposition of materials according to the decisions within Key Performance Indicator (KPI) clearance time. During in-process inspections, identify improvement opportunities, and implement Kaizen (continuous improvement) and Poka-yoke (error-proofing) techniques as needed to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Knowledge of Sap (Q-Plan, Lot decision, Quality notification for inhouse & Suppler problems, ECN Closure, Supplier rejection posting, scrapping etc.
