About Kess Dewitt

I am a passionate and reliable worker with a strong background in retail and customer service. I am highly organized, proactive and punctual with team-oriented mentality. I studied Sociology and Anthropology at Lake Forest College, where I did coursework such as Sociology Research: Qualitative/Quantitative Methods. I worked directly with effective and non-effective methods of research, and collected/presented data reports. I love to travel, experience different cultures, and interact with all types of people. I have been around Europe (Italy, France, Spain, Switzerland, Croatia, Greece), Belize, Puerto Rico, and Africa (South Africa, Botswana). I lived in Florence, Italy for 2 months for an internship with a travel agency, which was a great learning opportunity and amazing experience in many different ways. I am currently a full-time Supervisor at H&M, where I work in many different departments. I lead and assist all employees, support with customer interactions, and complete opening and closing duties including counting the money, all while organizing and maintaining the store cleanliness.
