With over five years of work experience in various administrative and managerial roles, I am a skilled and dedicated program administrator at Patrick Industries, a leading manufacturer and distributor of component parts for the RV, marine and manufactured housing industries. I have a master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Non-Profit Administration from the University of Notre Dame, where I also served as a Program Coordinator for Academic Services for Student-Athletes. In my current role, I oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of multiple programs and projects, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, mission, and goals. I apply my knowledge and skills in process improvement, change management, project management, and communication to enhance the efficiency, quality, and impact of our programs.
