1) Plan and achieve introduction of new products and development of new customers. 2) Looking into Primary,Secondary & Speciality plasticizers sales I.e.DOP/DINP/DOTP & Chlorinated Paraffins,DOM,DBM,DOA,DINA etc. 3) Targeting the industries like PVC i.e.Wires & Cables, Vinyl leather, Garden Pipes,Adhesive Industries, soft films etc. 4) Responsible to increase market reach & penetration. 5) Responsible to organize collection, monitors and controls debtors & stock if applicable. 6) Responsible to develop and maintain a regional sales territory, including frequent face to face contact as per calling plan. 7) Build and maintain excellent working relationships with existing and new customers. 8) Accountable for delivering budgeted sales and margin targets for the territory. 9) Develop account specific strategies and establish key account plans. 10) Attend and or prepare formal presentations for assigned territory, actively participate at sales meetings and other meetings designated by management. 11) Assist in the development and implementation of an annual marketing plan in consultation with other departments and works within the business plan. This would include assisting in implementing a strategy, working within a defined budget, and evaluating the results. 12) Represent the company at industry related associations and events.
