Background

About Ketan Mehta

Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of building and scaling businesses at Microsoft, Amazon, and P&G—leading teams, managing P & Ls, and launching new ventures across APAC. I take full ownership of every line item in the P&L, identifying meaningful levers for change and applying business acumen to drive growth through strategic assortment, dynamic pricing, optimised availability, digital marketing, and strategic partnerships. Most recently, I worked closely with the VP at Microsoft Asia as a Chief of Staff, gaining invaluable C-suite perspective and exposure to regional strategy. What truly energises me is taking ideas from zero to one—transforming bold concepts into scalable, customer-centric platforms. I’m proud to have: 1) Launched Microsoft’s gaming subscriptions and accessories across SEA; 2) Pioneered and scaled a business at Amazon Singapore 3) Established new functional vertical at Wella (P&G’s newly acquired business at the time) My leadership philosophy is simple: scale through people. I believe in giving teams clear ownership within defined boundaries, empowering decision-making, and supporting them when things don’t go as planned. This approach has helped me build high-performing, resilient teams that deliver with agility and purpose. I’m always open to connecting with fellow builders, innovators, and leaders—whether to exchange ideas, explore partnerships, or shape what’s next together.
