With over 23 years of experience in the technology industry, I am passionate about helping customers and partners achieve their digital transformation goals through cloud, transformation, and sales solutions. As the Chief of Staff for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at Microsoft, I partner with the regional president and the leadership team to ensure we deliver on our business objectives and exceed our customer and partner expectations across three continents. In my previous roles at Microsoft, I have led various business units and functions, such as Deputy General Manager of a country, head of Consulting Services, Microsoft Dynamics, Operations, Change Management and Sales Management across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. I have also been recognized with multiple awards for my excellence in performance and leadership. I have a proven track record of identifying and implementing improvement initiatives and addressing business challenges with acumen and rigor. I enjoy collaborating with diverse and high-performing teams, mentoring and developing talent, and working in a culture of growth and innovation.
