About Ketil Mellbin

I have worked with management throughout my career, and I would like to continue working with management and developing people. For the past 25 years, I have run Eurosport's TV channels in Denmark, with full responsibility for the operation including 250 employees. Many of my assignments have been in Nordic and European contexts, and I can communicate in many circumstances and in many languages and levels. My leadership style is clear, open and involving, and I am personally invested in my work. I dare to speak my mind and stand up for my own and employees' opinions. I have great impact and drive and see openness and involvement as primary success criteria for a leader. I am used to and thrive on making decisions and show great calmness regardless of how difficult a situation is. I have a well-developed commercial understanding and am driven by constantly optimizing and improving on all parameters. I get a lot of ideas and am not afraid to try them out, even if not all of them work equally well – I live and learn! Engaged in my work and never misses a day at work.
