About Ketrell McWhorter
I am an Assistant Professor (Tenure Track) of Epidemiology in the College of Public Health at the University of Kentucky. Coupled with my continued research in early life exposures and later life sleep and cardiometabolic health outcomes, I teach undergraduate courses in public health. As an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist, it is my personal mission to bring health and wellness to the underserved through non-invasive interventions (personal fitness training and nutrition education and literacy) for the prevention of chronic illnesses.
