About Kev Landry

Back in Canada now after living and working in Asia for 20 years. Originally, I went to Korea for a couple years but after getting on at a university I moved around finding better contracts and joined many different departments. Usually this meant having summers and winters free so I often picked up side gigs to stay active. I have extensive experience educating businessmen, university students, and some younger learners. My dissertation was on Action Research. Most of the contact was basically coaching along with some editing as well as officiating at events. Classes require a lot of organising and bridge the gap between students and their expectations. Working with a lot of people in different fields has given me a wide range of interests. Instructing has helped me relate to others teaching courses like Firearm Safety, Motorcycling, and Tractor trailers. Lessons learned in class are meant to prepare for the actual time you have to get it right in the real world. I have been involved in a few organizations such as; tennis, sailing, and swimming from the Waegwoltic country club. I tried many diverse pastimes from Tae kwon do from Master Carabin to Karate, and magic from the YMCA. I did skateboarding, soccer, and guitar, growing up.I have been involved in a few organisations: KOTESOL, SSFL, LHY and WSKGC. Before moving abroad I worked as a dishwasher, cashier, then waiter in restaurants, did a stint in a print shop, and worked as a landscaper. I had full time contracts with Si Sa yong oh sa, The Catholic University of Korea, Kwang ju institute of Science and Technology, Hong Ik University, Dan kook University, along with Songang and Yongin. I had seasonal work with KAIST, Korea University, Chung An University, Sook Myung woman's University, and Kook Min University.
