I am well-versed in Quality, Compliance and Training in additional to Operational key performance metrics associated with KPI's. In my current role as a Business Operations Manager, I am responsible for production, quality compliance, finance, marketing, HR and IT within the facility. Supply inventory, labor usage in addition to KPI's are reviewed and monitored to ensure business finances and operational goals are met. I generate measures to monitor tracking of repaired equipment, input of vaccines, control reagents, facility issues, bio waste and product shipment as part of my complete oversight of the facilities performance abilites. In collaboration with the Quality Manager, deficiencies and nonconformities are identified and mitigated so that all company and regulatory requirements are met, including but not limited to OSHA, internal and external audits, WI's, SOP's, and cGMP's. I execute hiring high quality candidates, termination of nonperformance employees as well as developmental training and counseling are a pivotal aspect of job in which has optimized growth and retention. My previous role as a Quality Manager required me to perform daily in-depth overview of all functional areas through observations, document and electronic review; medical screening, plasmapheresis, processing sample laboratory, and medical nurses. I was responsible for all audit preparation, facilitations, remedial actions (TrackWise Records), and CAPA activities. The Quality Department, of which I presided over, conducted New Hire Orientation, reviewed accuracy of training processes and performances in addition to monitoring completion of corporate issued SOP's.
