My previous role as a Quality Manager required me to perform daily in-depth overview of all functional areas through observations, document and electronic review; medical screening, plasmapheresis, processing sample laboratory, and medical nurses. I was responsible for all audit preparation, facilitations, remedial actions (TrackWise Records), and CAPA activities. The Quality Department, of which I presided over, conducted New Hire Orientation, reviewed accuracy of training processes and performances in addition to monitoring completion of corporate issued SOP's.
