Recently I have completed my Master's of Arts(Human Resource Management and Labour Relations) from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University. I chose the career. of human resources as, i believe that the people are the assets for the organisation. As and when the technology rises there will be fully automated things but the role of human resource is going to be there for the people who are working in the organisation. Many people find it difficult to interact with each other at the workplace due to which there will be a gap in the communication. I did my internship at Reliance Industries Ltd. Surat, Gujarat. During the period, I got to learn about the working of the HR Department and also how the IR department works. I worked the project of Contract Labour Management System. Also got the knowledge of the Compliance of the various labour laws like PF act, ESIC Act, Workmen's Compensation Act, etc. I am good at excel and also a good listener.
