Starting in the Fast Food industry, I developed a solid foundation in customer service, high-pressure team environments, and efficient day-to-day operations. This experience taught me how to lead with urgency, adapt quickly, and prioritize customer satisfaction. As an Assistant Manager at Walmart, I sharpened my skills in retail management, overseeing team performance, inventory control, and sales strategy.
