About Kevan Baxley

With 2 decades of experience in different areas of customer service, it's safe to say my number one priority is creating and maintaining lasting relationships. I have a detail oriented brain, and always strive to make interactions personal and warm. My customer service ethos is built on care and respect. I'm always interested in expanding my skills, marketing, development, and more. I've also spent a year and a half hosting No Shame Theater at the Springer Opera House, this nation wide program began in the 1980's and the Springer is lucky enough to be home to one of the most thriving iterations of No Shame. Covid shut this program down in 2020, but under my marketing and direction No Shame has seen an almost 120% increase in attendance, and we're constantly trying to expand the program. During my tenure as leader I have learned so many new skills, and made life long connections with some amazing creatives.
