About Keven Ard

I am a Pensacola native and have resided here for more than half of my life, and consider myself an expert on the area. After graduating high school, I enlisted in the U.S. Army where I served in the 1-101st Airborne Division. After leaving the Army with an Honorable discharge, I studied Business and Environmental Science at Pensacola State College and The University of West Florida. I have held an active real estate license in Florida and Georgia and have been active in real estate sales and property management in the Pensacola and surrounding area's since receiving my license in 2006. I am a member of The National Association of Realtor's, The Florida Association of Realtor's, the Pensacola Association of Realtor's and a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. I have been appointed by the President of the Pensacola Association of Realtor's for the second year as a member of the grievance committee. The REALTOR'S Code of Ethics is what distinguishes us from the general real estate practitioner and this committee serves as the first response to the enforcement of that code. This is one of the most important functions of a local Realtor association I believe in dealing honestly, fairly, and with the greatest integrity, and hold myself accountable to those I work for.
