I’m a Product Manager with a background in Customer Success. I stepped into product after leading support teams and realizing how much I loved translating user pain points into thoughtful solutions. I discovered that I want to build products that genuinely help people and make their day-to-day easier. What I’m most proud of: • Rebuilt and migrated a company knowledge base end-to-end, improving clarity and usability across teams • Took ownership of sprint planning and production pushes, keeping engineering, QA, and leadership aligned • Promoted from Customer Success to Product in a mission-driven tech startup, while also stepping into Project Management • Known for bringing calm, clarity, and collaboration to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities I’m energized by mission-driven work, especially in mental health, wellness, and human-centered tech and I’m always looking to combine empathy, data, and a little creativity.
