About Kevin Adkinson

Kevin Adkinson has more than 15 years of experience working in an analytical laboratory environment. He has demonstrated a high level of proficiency with troubleshooting, maintenance and operation of a wide range complex analytical equipment (ICP-OES, LC, CNS, TOC, Segmented Flow colourimetry, AAS, LC-MS). Kevin has more than a decade of experience in laboratory management and administration, analytical instrumentation, wet chemistry, laboratory demonstration, method development, data analysis and certification, quality control & assurance, laboratory safety, waste management and biohazard management. In addition to his analytical experience, Kevin has more than 6 years of experience managing field sampling campaigns across Canada and the Republic of Ireland in collaboration with private and public research partners and is experienced in sample collection, handling, preservation, transportation and storage, field navigation and survival skills, international and remote travel, field demonstration, remote sensing, budgeting and planning. Kevin is a strong professional with a Bachelor's Degree with honours focused in Environmental Resource Sciences and Chemistry from Trent University and Advanced Diploma in Environmental Technology from Durham College (CSC Silver Medal).
