About Kevin Alcox

Kevin Alcox is an accomplished engineer and entrepreneur focused on architecture, integration, deployment and business operations of products and services in telecom, healthcare and cable. He began his career in aerospace working on telemetry systems. He was one of the principals of High Speed Access Corporation which provided cable modem services to cable companies. He co-founded OpenVault, which focuses on providing subscriber consumption analytics for second-tier cable companies, RefractN which provided telemetry collection and device management solutions for diverse distributed internet connected devices and iEldra, Inc, a healthcare IoT company. For Leading Path, he leads the Real-Time Data Practice that was founded upon a partnership with Redis, and is currently supporting Charter Communications in their fiber broadband RDOF effort. He has also supported Comcast with device management systems engineering. Kevin served as chair of the IPDR subcommittee at the TM Forum (TMF), where he also contributed as co-author of the Broadband Forum’s TR-232 bulk data collection specification. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University.
