I build teams that build things—bringing individuals together around shared purpose, craftsmanship, and pride in their work. My background in renewable energy and electrical contracting gives me the technical foundation to lead from both the field and the front office, turning complex projects into opportunities for growth, empowerment, and connection. At Indigenized Energy, I help advance energy sovereignty by leading solar and storage deployments across Native lands. I work closely with tribal councils, contractors, and local trainees to create systems that do more than generate power—they strengthen communities. Each project is a chance to transfer knowledge, develop talent, and build long-term self-reliance through clean energy designed to endure. Before this, I held multiple leadership roles at Tesla Energy, managing regional and national field-service operations for residential, commercial, and utility-scale systems. I trained and developed cross-functional teams, standardized field practices, and enhanced service performance across diverse markets. My approach has always been simple: build strong people, and they’ll build exceptional results. I thrive in environments where collaboration drives progress—where leadership means listening, adapting, and creating pathways for others to rise. Whether overseeing multimillion-dollar projects or mentoring new technicians, I focus on cultivating capability, confidence, and shared success. Outside of the renewable-energy space, I lead AR8 Entertainment LLC, a Connecticut-based event company providing professional wedding and private-event DJ services. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve learned that great performances and great teams share the same foundation: preparation, timing, and the ability to read the room. Music keeps me grounded in creativity and connection—the same qualities that guide how I lead.
