I am proud of being part of a worldwide company, Kyocera AXV Corporation, I have a Sales position in Customer Service department, I am the “CS supervisor for automotive team in EL Salvador”. I am proud to say that Automotive team is currently overseeing Las Americas operations for Key Automotive customers as Aptiv, BorgWarner, Continental, Lear, Robert Bosch, ect. When there is a problem for an automotive customer, Automotive team leads and solve it. We daily monitor our customer’s local operations in Las Americas, we have customers in Brazil, Mexico, USA, and for some specials products we check orders for customer out of America. Kyocera is a leading company and has taught me how to be a leader. In my CS position I am daily working with many Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Warehouse leaders around the world. I learn new things every day, my company invest in Technology, so new knowledge comes every day to me. Knowledge and people are the heart of my company.
