Chartered Accountant (FCA) in Ireland with over 15 years of professional experience working with businesses primarily in industry but also covering financial services. Clients are a mix of public companies and private/pre-IPO (incl. Private Equity backed) companies. Professional experience leading Accounting Advisory engagements related to- Corporate Transactions (carve-out/spin-off, post-acquisition integration, due diligence, IPO readiness assessments and audit readiness)- Technical Accounting (review of and implementation of new/updated accounting standards incl. ASC606/IRFS15, ASC842, ASC710 as well as ESG Reporting)- Operational Accounting (financial close, forecast/budget and process improvement)- Financial Reporting (SEC and Board/Lender/Investor Reporting) Outside of Accounting Advisory, Kevin also has extensive experience in Business Transformation, Enterprise Risk, Valuation, Corporate Tax and Corporate Legal Matters. Currently works in CrossCountry Consulting - a mid-sized professional services firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, having transferred internally from the DC Metro market office in 2021. Prior to this, worked at KPMG in Ireland in their Consumer and Industrial Markets assurance group. Hold a Bachelors Degree in Commerce (Accounting and Economics) from University College Cork (National University of Ireland) as well being a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
