I am a skilled and motivated testing professional with 10 years of experience within the telecommunications and Finance Leasing industry. I have experience working with both waterfall and agile/kanban methodologies and across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including ST, SIT, UAT, BRT, Regression and various non-functional testing. Experience includes leading teams both offshore and onshore as well as taking sole responsibility for all aspects of test deliverables on a project. I am a self-motivated and confident person with excellent inter-personal skills. I work well within a team environment and enjoy the support and feedback that comes with working in a team. I am reliable and trustworthy with a proven ability to tackle and overcome any obstacles in my path. I have a willingness to learn and develop new skills. I am open to change and adjust well to any form of structural change within my workplace. Working unsupervised is something I pride myself as well as my ability to complete set objectives within tight deadlines and under large amounts of pressure. I have excellent technical skills and thrive in an environment where I am forced to think on my feet and problem solve within strict time-frames.
