We had several calls to discuss the area of nursing she was looking to move into-The role-The salary -The location -The right environment We agreed on submitting her details to two clients whom we both felt were a good match. We quickly agreed on the interviews and started the process I always prep candidates for these interviews, I’ve worked with hundreds of people over my career and successfully placed hundreds of candidates, so I know what my clients are looking for. You’d be surprised at how a little bit of prep can give you that extra edge over the competition. She got an offer! She called me back, delighted with the result. I stayed in touch with her right up to the start date to make sure there were no problems. It was a smooth process from start to finish. She’s now working in an incredible company with no regrets!
