I’m Kevin Burns, and I'm a speaker, strategist, and DBA candidate researching how businesses with physical retail locations, particularly automotive dealerships, struggle to launch and sustain digital retail tools in a way that actually drives results. With over a decade of experience in the industry and a background in consulting, training, and sales enablement, I’ve seen firsthand what works and what doesn’t when it comes to integrating CRMs, digital retail platforms, BDC operations, and desking tools into daily showroom life. At Shift Digital, I work daily with Lexus dealers across the country, helping their teams implement change, improve follow-up, and turn data into action.
