About Kevin Campbell

I am a highly motivated individual with an established record of strong management and continuous improvement in the structural steelwork industry through the development of people management systems/procedures health and safety as well as the expansion of plant facilities and capacities. My experience in India gave me the opportunity to again demonstrate my ability to skilfully manage improvement change and diversity at all levels through effective leadership communication and motivation. Main achievements during the past 18 months: completed a strategic review of the business operations and resources with the subsequent restructuring of the senior team driven the ongoing improvement of internal procedures and processes played a key role in the wining and delivery of several major contracts of 5 000 - 7 000MT improving co-ordination between internal departments challenging and coaching individuals and teams as well as raising expectations and performance. During this time plant capacity was increased from 36 000MT to 60 000MT per annum and peak factory output was increased from circa 3 500MT/month to some 5 000MT/month following the Phase 2 expansion of the plant which was managed by myself. Having a strong background in production I have also been very much involved in system implementation and management in the form of “CE” marking (ISO 1090) ISO 9001 & ISO 14001. I am very familiar with all the standards involved and whilst in India I have been responsible for driving through ISO 9001 & 14001 certification.
