It all started with “Take Your Kid to Work Day.” When I was about 9, my dad worked for the NHL league office so it was a dream come true to tag along and check out all the cool stuff and even come home with some trading cards and hockey memorabilia. Little did I know, that day sparked a passion in me that would shape my future. In 2007, my father launched Prodigy Search. At the time I didn’t quite understand what he was building – a Sports Executive Search, Marketing, and Consulting firm - and explored my own path during my early years in college. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Quinnipiac University’s Business School with a concentration in Marketing, which I delved into with a few internships, but I was always drawn back to the Mission of Prodigy Search. We are an Executive Recruiting firm but unlike many others, we are out to build relationships not make transactions. As Partner, I ensure that our culture genuinely embodies our core values of Integrity, Credibility, Diversity, Character, and Passion. I believe in transparency and not just in matching candidates with jobs or filling a vacancy but in helping businesses grow and professionals advance in their careers. Our goal is to become the go-to partner for our clients whenever they need to fill a crucial position. Over the past 12 years at Prodigy Search, I have successfully recruited and filled many senior-level searches, including roles with Delaware North, TD Garden and the Boston Bruins, Denver Broncos, Legends, Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp, Sodexo Live, and various Olympic National Governing Bodies. I strongly believe in continuous professional development and staying on top of your industry, so I also represent Prodigy Search at industry events and conferences including the National Sports Forum, Sports Business Journal's AXS DRIVE, VenuesNow, SEICon and Sports Business Journal Awards. Most importantly, as a husband and father of two, I understand the importance of a career that fits with your values and priorities.
