About Kevin Chamberlain

As an experienced project manager at The Royal Mint, I lead diverse projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards. I specialise in optimising resources and maintaining strong, productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. With a strategic approach to managing consultants and teams, I ensure resources are allocated efficiently while fostering a collaborative, motivated environment that drives project success. My focus on clear communication and proactive problem-solving ensures projects are executed seamlessly, meeting both client expectations and organisational goals. I have a strong background in engineering, having worked as an Asset Integrity Manager and Engineering Services Manager at The Royal Mint. I have set up, managed, and grown the Asset Integrity Management System, providing professional advice and guidance on mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering as they relate to the integrity testing of safety-related plant and equipment. I have also developed and directed the operational engineering activity throughout the whole site, tendering awards to multiple contractors and managing a £5m budget. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Glamorgan.
