About Kevin Christopher

I was born in Wisconsin, grew up in Upstate New York, and currently live in Arizona. For hobbies and interests, I like sci-fi, technology, and math. Growing up, I played track and field, and ran cross country. As an adult I've enjoyed hiking, and trips to natural and historic sites. I love problem solving, which has helped and motivated me over the past 12 years working at contact centers in customer care, sales and technical support roles. Whether it's finding the right product or service, reviewing a bill with a customer, or troubleshooting a technical issue, every situation involves problem solving – finding the right solution to a need. I believe that the sales and support experiences for customers are a direct part of any product or service. They aren't separate means to gaining and keeping customers. A company has to have a great product, but it also needs to deliver customer experiences that are positive and reinforce the brand. These experiences directly affect perceptions of the product itself.
