Background
About Kevin Claus
After nearly 30 years of success as an IT consultant and sales executive. Kevin’s focus turned to own and managing Cedar Grove Lodging and Events, a top-ranked cabin rental and event center full time. Like most vacation rental owners, my journey started as a way to help cover the costs of owning a second home. Fast forward almost 20 years, and we've turned this part-time endeavor into a successful lodging and events business in the Hocking Hills region of SE Ohio. Kevin also serves as a consultant to help guide others along the same journey of owning and building their own successful business, whether that be just one unit that's used as a part-time second home or multiple units as an investment or a business venture. Kevin is also active in the hospitality industry, serving on the board of directors of the Hocking Hills Tourism Association and the Ohio Hotel & Lodging Association as well as leading and providing education for a network of over 900 owners in the Hocking Hills region.
