Experienced educational leader with a proven record of success in both private and public school settings, currently serving as Superintendent of Lakeway Christian Schools, Tennessee Field Director for ACSI, and adjunct professor of education. Beginning my career as a math educator, I have blended analytical thinking with relational leadership to strengthen organizational culture, expand opportunities, and guide schools with clarity and purpose. I am passionate about leading Christ-centered education that cultivates academic excellence while shaping students and colleagues into leaders of strong character and influence. My leadership philosophy emphasizes servant leadership, intentional mentorship, and the pursuit of both operational and instructional excellence. In my roles as superintendent and field director, I focus on building sustainable systems, stewarding resources wisely, and creating long-term strategies that allow schools to thrive. I am committed to fostering collaboration, equipping leaders, and aligning mission with measurable outcomes to ensure lasting impact. My calling is to advance Christian education across Tennessee and beyond by developing schools that not only prepare students for success but also inspire them to impact their communities and the world for Christ.
