I currently work as a Regional Director (Northern California) for Challenger Sports. Challenger Sports is a global youth coaching organization, coaching over boys and girls in over communities throughout North America annually. In addition to being the largest soccer camp provider in North America Challenger provide global travel for teams, host tournaments, offer year round coaching and manufacture their own line of sports uniforms via Challenger Team Wear, in addition to retailing the Under Armour, Adidas, Capelli and Inaria brands. In my role as a Regional Director I manage over of revenue a year for the company, covering all areas of recruitment, sales, marketing, program management and curriculum development. I am also a passionate and experienced youth soccer coach who currently holds an MA in Sports Coaching from Manchester Metropolitan University, The FA Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football (UEFA C), United Soccer Coaches Advanced Diploma (pass with merit) and FA Youth and Futsal specific awards.
