I've honed this skill by working in start-up companies starting as a bench scientist then progressing to head of operations as an entrepreneur. Over the course of my career I’ve undertaken challenges as diverse as software designer and tester, project manager, technical writer, customer support liaison, analytical assay design and validation, facilities design and management, quality and corporate systems design and management and, in 2012, I took the plunge and became an entrepreneur when I co-founded Cellara, a company that has developed CultureTrax®, a first of its kind software platform for stem cell scientists. CultureTrax® commercially launched in June of 2019.
