As a global executive leader with a deep foundation in automation, controls, communication, energy, and power generation, I’ve spent my career building high-performance teams and scaling businesses across diverse markets. With over 25 years of progressive leadership experience — from engineering roots to senior leadership roles — I thrive on transforming strategy into sustainable growth. Most recently, I served as Executive Director for the Americas Region at ComAp Group, where I lead cross-border operations across the U.S, Canada, and LATAM. Under my leadership, we’ve achieved over 25% CAGR in both revenue and profitability, significantly expanded our workforce, and established robust service and support infrastructures. Previously, at WESCO and its division EESCO, I led automation and sales organizations totaling over $900M in annual sales, overseeing large teams and driving double-digit growth. Whether starting subsidiaries, reviving underperforming units, or building global account strategies, my focus remains: empower people, build scalable processes, and deliver results.
