Ensure compliance with all aspects of the Quality System, adhering to the principles of GMP. Ensure products are manufactured within defined parameters of Quality Management System. Operation of all processing equipment in accordance with current SOPs Maximise output and efficiency while looking to continuously drive improvements. Provide timely, detailed and accurate reports on status of operations. Check and carry out calculations in relation to quantity of active and other materials. Ensure products are produced using appropriate PCR to obtain the required quality. Complete all documentation associated with the manufacture of a product in compliance with GMP (PCRs, logbooks, procedure proformas) Provide and document training to new starts/less experienced ops. Ensure work areas are audit ready at all times. Effective and co-operative part of the team, deputising for the manufacturing supervisor as and when required Conscious of and work towards achieving set targets. Quality Risk Management Champion
