Significant Contributions- • As Field Operations Manager, I was involved in sales, pre-job meetings, and the construction of on-site storage tanks ranging from barrels to barrels at the Battleford, AB facility. I oversaw all on-site safety procedures and policies while ensuring compliance with quality controls and managing general operations. • While serving as Operations Manager, I singlehandedly introduced the Foreign Worker Immigration Program, entailing the migration of 80+ welders and industrial painters from across the world. This ultimately resolved the internal manpower shortages that GLM Industries was facing in recent years. • In the same role, I implemented a variety of innovative welding, sandblasting, and painting techniques to improve operational efficiencies and decrease downtime by upwards of 40%. • Notably oversaw successful construction of 2 new GLM Industries production facilities in Camrose and Grande Prairie, Alberta; received internal award for successful start-up of both plants.
