As the Director of Facilities Management, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including planning and execution, inventory control, utility management, energy monitoring, and grounds maintenance. I have more than 20 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on cost reduction, process optimization, and regulatory compliance. I have successfully steered large-scale infrastructure repair and renovation projects, while managing vendors, contractors, bid processes, contract compliance, and vendor performance. I have also contributed to creating and maintaining budgets, implementing facilities policies and procedures, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. I have a proven track record of cultivating strong working relationships with interdepartmental teams, senior management, business influencers, vendors, stakeholders, and external agencies through effective communication. I hold several credentials, including Commercial Pool Operator, OSHA 30, and EPA certifications. My mission is to provide leadership and direction to the facilities management team and to support the strategic goals of Healthcare and its clients.
