With over two decades of combined experience in finance transformation, Global Business Services (GBS), order to cash management and shared services operations, I bring the leadership, expertise, and insight needed to help companies succeed. Currently, I serve as the Head of Global Finance Transformation for The Kraft Heinz Company. My expertise is in utilizing analytics, technology, and frameworks to improve an organization’s ability to predict customer behavior and effectively manage revenue activity. I also specialize in a broad range of financial areas including accounting, collections, & receivables management, payables, account to report, business process outsourcing (BPO), MSA’s, and am adept at leading large matrix organizations.
