With over 15 years of Business Development, Estimating, and Project Management experience with residential and commercial construction, I have learned and experienced many things in the unpredictable construction industry. From building post and beam, custom barn homes in Berks County, Pennsylvania to working with the world's largest retailer (Walmart), one must have a diverse skill set. Attention to detail, affective communication, ability to shift gears to take on multiple issues/projects, clear understating of clients expectations and vision, excellent networking, being fair and honest with all parties, are all skills that are important, especially in the construction industry. I am highly motived to secure a position with an established organization which can best utilize my education, past experience, and managerial skills.
